Great Party Appetizers Your Family Will Flip Over

If it’s party time at your house, then you know this occasion calls for some awesome appetizers that will please everyone’s palate.  Kids and family members can be picky eaters, but having a variety of food platters insures that your feeding job won’t be hit or miss.  Is it possible to serve appetizers that abide by the three laws of healthy, delicious and quick factors?  Yes, absolutely!  Here are 5 great appetizers that your family will enjoy, and will probably ask you to make again sometime in the future:            
1. Crabbed Deviled Eggs Appetizers
Ingredients:
1 Dozen eggs
2 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Curry powder or adobo powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 can Crab meat 
2 Tbs. Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Olive oil
Optional:
Olives
Dill Pickle Relish
Directions:
Step 1: Boil the eggs for 15 minutes and then slice them into halves. 
Step 2: Scoop out all of the yokes and place them into a mixing bowl. 
Step3: Add paprika, mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, curry or adobo powder, crab meat and optional ingredients into the bowl. 
Step 4: Mix the ingredients until smooth. 
Step 5: Scoop the mixture back into the egg whites.
Step 6: Sprinkle with paprika and your ready to serve.            

2. Creamed Turkey Wraps
Ingredients:
Flour tortillas
Thinly sliced honey-baked turkey slices
Dill weed
Salt
Cream cheese
Creole seasoning
Directions:
Step 1: Spread the cream cheese over one side of each tortilla.     
Step 2: Lightly sprinkle dill weed and Creole seasoning on top of the tortillas.
Step 3: Place 2 to 3 slices of turkey breast onto each tortilla.
Step 4: Wrap the tortillas, cut them into smaller rolls, stick with toothpicks and serve.

3. Easy Bake Kale Chips
Ingredients:
Kosher salt or sea salt
Fresh kale
Olive oil
Asiago or parmesan cheese
Powdered cheddar cheese (Optional)
Your favorite herbs
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2: Remove the stems from the Kale leaves and then spread them out onto a baking sheet.
Step 3: Add desired cheeses, salt and herbs, and then drizzle the kale with olive oil.
Step 4: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until you see brown edges.
Step 5: Allow the kale chips to completely cool and then serve.
