1.25 cup walnuts, halved, toasted
1.5 cup rice cereal, brown, puffed
1.25 cup oats, rolled
1 cup chopped dried cranberries
.5 cup oat bran
3 Tbs. Crystallized ginger, chopped fine
1 cup agave syrup
.25 cup Turbinado sugar
.5 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Combine first six ingredients in bowl.
2. Boil syrup and sugar over medium heat for four minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Pour mixture over dry ingredients. Toss to coat. Spread mixture in baking dish. When cool, cut into bars for a great snack.
