5 baking potatoes, peeled and boiled in salted water
4 Tbs. butter or margarine
½ cup sour cream
2 cups skim milk
1 bunch chives, sliced thin
½ cup bacon pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1.       Mash potatoes with a masher or a whisk.
2.       While potatoes are hot, add in butter, sour cream and milk.
3.       When wet ingredients are incorporated, add in the rest of the ingredients to the mix.
4.       Season with salt and pepper to taste.
