½ cup bananas, sliced
½ cup Greek Yogurt
1 cup skim milk
¼ cup bran flakes
1 tsp. vanilla, pure extract
1 Tbs. agave syrup
½ cup ice
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for cinnamon. Puree until smooth.
2. Add cinnamon as a garnish.
If you prefer a different flavor in your mixture, you can add it in place of the bananas. This includes any kind of fruit you prefer.
